Babel No More is a book about language superlearners and the upper limits of the human ability to learn and speak languages. Who is the world's most multilingual person, and how multilingual can anyone -- including you -- be? It will be published by Henry Holt. Author Michael Erard set up this website to collect information for his research. He has an MA in linguistics and a PhD in English (specializing in rhetoric and linguistics) and writes frequently for English language print media about language topics.
